Having Fun for Rs.100 or less

- Drive out of the city and have a meal at a roadside dhaba sitting on a charpoy
- Buy a kite. Rediscover the art of flying it
- Go see a circus
- Bet what you can cheerfully lose on India winning a cricket match
- Buy a lottery ticket
- Get a fortune teller to spin a tall yarn on when and how you will make your millions
- Treat your family/friends on a pani puri/ gol guppa
- Get a massage plus haircut plus your ears cleaned plus your nails trimmed and the back of your neck powdered from a roadside barber and have some change left for peanuts
- Get to know your city by using a public transport in a totally random manner. Get off the first bus you take at the third stop, have a look around and a board a bus without looking at the number, get down at the fifth stop and so on.One note though, see the number to get back home
- Buy some second hand books
- Buy a mouth organ and practise your tunes at night, a kinda payback to your stuffy boring neighbour
